Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags. We may also require a receipt or proof of purchase.Â
Returns & Refunds: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To request a return and refund, you’ll need to reach out to our team at support@communityshop.us with your order number and reason for return. In some cases we may ask you to provide relevant documentation. We will provide information on how to process your return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â

Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or item? No worries. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team at: support@communityshop.us.Â
Exceptions: Items purchased as final sale or not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.Â

When will I receive the status of my order?
As soon as you complete your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number. Sign up for tracking updates to receive order updates in real time.
When will my order ship?
Please allow for 2–3 business days to process your order. We ship using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not the day your order was placed.
How do I start a return?
1. Email the community shop at support@communityshop.us with your: order number, reason for return, and relevant pictures.
2. We will email you with a return label and instructions.Â
3. Ship your item within 14 days of receiving the label.Â
4. We’ll process your return within 3–5 business days of receiving it.
